Ristra Rewards

Our Ristra Rewards program was designed to award active chapter members who participate in various chapter functions including meetings, trainings, etc.

The program was canceled for FY09 due to the lack of participation but the program will be put back into place with some changes to improve tracking of points, etc.

For this year, a ballot was sent out to our chapter membership to select a chapter member of the year.  And the award goes to:

Mariano Romero!  Congratulations!

Message from the president: Mariano has been an active member for five years and the past two years he has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer.  Throughout Mariano’s time volunteering he has dedicated his time, talents and leadership skills not only to the board of directors but to our Chapter.  It has been a pleasure working along with Mariano as we continue to gain knowledge about the RIM world.  I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Mariano in appreciation for all he has done and continues to do on behalf of this Chapter.

Guest Speakers

Our chapter Guest Speaker program brings in experts from various disciplines to present information at chapter meetings.  The topics vary greatly; anywhere from records management to information technology subject matter.

The speaker/presenter presentation synopsis and bio's are posted on our website well in advance of our chapter meetings to allow chapter members to be prepared to ask questions and so forth.
